Registration Receipts

A confirmation notice will be sent to those emails provided upon registration. This includes all registration, modifications or cancellations. Review your confirmation carefully for accuracy. If you are registering others, ensure that those attending the conference are provided with all pertinent information you may receive on their behalf.

Registration closes on Thursday, April 24, 2025. 

Cancelling Your Registration

The deadline to cancel your registration is April 2, 2025. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@osum.on.ca. Cancellations received prior to 4:00 pm ET, April 2, 2025, will be eligible for a refund less $75.00 (plus HST) administration fee. Cancellations submitted after 4:00 pm on this date are non-refundable. You are able to transfer your registration. An alternate attendee name may be substituted at any time.
